Spring Fever

Oh, can I just tell you how excited I am that the weather is getting better? We had several errands to run on Saturday and the kids were getting grumpy and just wanted to run around. We were close to Wheeler Farm, so I figured it would be fun to let take a half hour and let the kids explore. I also took a few pictures, which was VERY HARD to do with a toddler. I just don't know HOW the "real guys" (yep, the pros) do it. I have such a respect for them. I chased my 2 year old around and only got two pictures with eye contact, and neither of them were good. I tried to shoot in manual, but that just wasn't happening, so the last ten minutes I used Aperture Priority, and I still couldn't catch that little one! But here are some I enjoyed, even if it was a disaster:)

These are great shots!! What cool scenery, too--the bridges & woodwork. Love it! I so hope we can get you to take some of the kiddos! :)

Great photo with the bench & windows.....wheeler farm is such a fun place for pictures. Don't worry, your not alone with the toddler thing, mine won't cooperate either :)
